Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Claimaccessly is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines the standards we uphold for all electronic communications sent through or in connection with our platform, and the expectations we place on all users, instructors, and partners who interact with our services.
By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy in full. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all electronic communications originating from or facilitated by Claimaccessly, including but not limited to emails, in-platform messages, notifications, and any other digital correspondence sent to users or third parties in connection with our educational platform and services.
This policy also applies to all registered users, instructors, administrators, and any third parties who use our platform's communication features to contact other users or external recipients.
2. Our Commitment
Claimaccessly sends electronic communications only to individuals who have provided a valid basis for receiving them. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive communications, or any content designed to mislead recipients about the nature or origin of a message.
All commercial communications we send include clear identification of the sender, an accurate subject line, a physical mailing address, and a straightforward mechanism for recipients to opt out of future communications.
3. Consent and Opt-In
3.1 Basis for Communication
We send marketing or promotional communications only to individuals who have explicitly consented to receive them, or where a legitimate interest exists based on a prior relationship with our platform, such as enrollment in a course or use of our services.
3.2 Transactional Messages
Transactional messages, including account confirmations, enrollment receipts, password resets, and service notifications, are sent as necessary to fulfil our obligations to users. These communications are not subject to marketing opt-out requirements but are limited strictly to their stated purpose.
3.3 Opt-Out Requests
Every marketing communication we send includes a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are processed promptly. Once a request is received, we will not send further marketing communications to that recipient, except where required to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation.
4. Prohibited Conduct by Users
Users of the Claimaccessly platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Sending unsolicited messages: Using any platform feature, including messaging tools, discussion forums, or contact forms, to send bulk or unsolicited communications to other users or external parties.
Harvesting contact information: Collecting, scraping, or otherwise obtaining email addresses or other contact details from our platform for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
Impersonation: Sending messages that misrepresent the sender's identity, including posing as Claimaccessly, an instructor, or another user.
Deceptive subject lines or headers: Using misleading subject lines, sender names, or routing information in any communication.
Malicious content: Distributing messages containing malware, phishing links, fraudulent offers, or any content intended to deceive or harm recipients.
Circumventing opt-out mechanisms: Continuing to send communications to a recipient who has opted out or requested to stop receiving messages.
Third-party list usage: Using purchased, rented, or otherwise acquired contact lists to send communications through or in connection with our platform.
5. Platform Messaging Standards
5.1 Instructor Communications
Instructors who use the platform's messaging features to communicate with enrolled learners must ensure all messages are relevant to the course or learning experience. Instructors must not use learner contact details obtained through the platform for any purpose unrelated to the delivery of educational content.
5.2 Automated Messaging
Any automated messaging tools or integrations connected to the platform must comply with this policy. Users who deploy automation are responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through such tools are compliant, include proper identification, and honour opt-out requests.
5.3 Reporting Spam
Users who receive communications they believe violate this policy are encouraged to report them to our support team at support@claimaccessly.site. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Third-Party Services
Claimaccessly may use third-party service providers to deliver electronic communications on our behalf. All such providers are required to adhere to standards consistent with this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share user contact information with third parties for the purpose of enabling unsolicited communications.
7. Consequences of Violations
Any user, instructor, or third party found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
Temporary suspension of platform access
Permanent termination of account
Removal of content or messaging privileges
Referral to relevant authorities where unlawful conduct is suspected
Legal action where permitted and appropriate
We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform and the experience of our users.
8. Data and Privacy
The collection and use of personal data in connection with our communications practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. This Anti-Spam Policy should be read in conjunction with that document. We are committed to handling all personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
9. Updates to This Policy
